  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email and purchase date

We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After the 7-Day Period

After 7 days from your purchase date, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. We understand that special circumstances may arise, and we're committed to working with you to find a fair solution.

Important Notes

  • Unused credits will not be refunded separately from your subscription
  • If you have multiple subscription periods, only the most recent purchase is eligible for refund
  • Refunds do not apply to enterprise custom agreements (contact your account manager)
