If for any reason you're not satisfied with vibedream.ai within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund. No complicated forms, no lengthy explanations needed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:

- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and purchase date
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
After the 7-Day Period
After 7 days from your purchase date, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. We understand that special circumstances may arise, and we're committed to working with you to find a fair solution.

Important Notes
- Unused credits will not be refunded separately from your subscription
- If you have multiple subscription periods, only the most recent purchase is eligible for refund
- Refunds do not apply to enterprise custom agreements (contact your account manager)
- Account access will be revoked upon refund processing
